If you would like a quote for indexing your book, please include the following information:

Title of book
Subject of book (if not obvious from the title)
Approximate length (word count preferably)
Whether the index is to be embedded (if known)
Approximate timetable (e.g. did you want it yesterday, or are we looking six months ahead?)

I will get back to you and probably ask to see a chapter or two before finalising the quote.
