Most of the personal information I process is provided directly to me by you. I may also receive information indirectly from public sources (for example, from the website of your institution if you are an academic.)

b) fulfil requests for indexing or other services
c) maintain my business records and as an aide memoire

Your personal data may be stored as part of my business records and/or my email archive. I keep business records for at least as long as required for tax purposes. I tend to keep emails indefinitely.

You have the right to ask what personal information I hold on you, and to ask me to correct personal information you think is incorrect or incomplete.
You have the right to ask me to erase your personal information.
You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, I have one month to respond to you.
